The ePaper Manager is the central administration interface for ePaper environments of all types and sizes. From environments with just a few labels and simple display of static content to scenarios with thousands of labels and a multitude of data interfaces, the flexible and scalable architecture of the ePaper Manager means that every conceivable scenario can be mapped.
The ePaper Manager acts as middleware between the data source and the software, which then supplies the label with the image information. By using universal API interfaces, any conceivable data source can be connected to the ePaper Manager. We have created a range of interfaces for the most common applications, but we can also create interfaces customised to your individual requirements.
The ePaperManager is available as a cloud, hybrid or on-premise solution to provide the right setup for every customer. With a pure cloud solution, you only need the labels and access points on site and can get started straight away. However, all services can also be hosted locally in your own data centre and work completely without an internet connection.
With the TemplateManager, customised templates for the labels can be created in the ePaper Manager using an intuitive graphical interface. There is no longer any need to create and maintain complicated scripts. This makes it quick and easy to customise the templates for displaying your data.
Dynamic templates can also be created that monitor a status variable of the data source. An example of this is in the room labelling. If a room is currently booked, the label will primarily show red, whereas if the room is free, it will show black. This was not possible with the classic systems.

The ePaper Manager is usually licensed as a monthly licence. Licences are based on the number of labels to be managed. Data interfaces are activated via one-off licences and are valid for an unlimited number of labels.
The licence price for the ePaperManager also includes telephone support in the event of software errors and the required third-party licences for the sepioo Cloud.
